Cg elements over practical set pieces, I prevized/animated 95% of this bizarre little piece with the fine folks at Chrlx.

I animated all of the main center shot in this quickie with some old friends at Psyop.

2016 Psyop

75 seconds in 2 weeks for this 2016 E3 trailer in which I worked along-side a fantastic animation crew. I had a nice chunk including the Wyldstyle bike chase and Mr T sequences.

The new Lego Dimensions is the stuff that fan fiction writers drool over - Wyldstyle meets E.T., the Ghostbusters meet Harry Potter, Batman meets Superm…err, Sloth from The Goonies!!! It’s not every day you get the opportunity to create a narrative that combines your favorite childhood toy and some of the most beloved characters of all time, so when this came down the pipe we jumped at the chance to animate these icons. Thanks to our friends at ModOp, we got to geek out with this amazing cast of heroes. Enjoy!

For this Adam Lambert sung global oreo spot I animated-in full-the last 2 shots as well as all the background extras throughout the :30

We had the pleasure of bringing Oreo’s new “Open Up” campaign to life in this global spot, airing in over 50 countries. The song, voiced by Adam Lambert, supports Oreo’s social message of diversity and openness. And what better setting to celebrate openness than an Oreo themed roller disco party, where all kinds of characters are connecting and grooving together…

It's early days in the modern VR game. I pre-visualized the entire drone fly-through (to speed and scale) for shoot day as well as animated the bee that bookends the experience. Watch the entire virtual tour in VR or 360 video.

Every bottle of Patrón tequila is handcrafted with passion and precision—from the agave fields of Jalisco to the distillery floor of Hacienda Patrón. This artisanal process is what sets Patrón apart from its peers, so the brand wanted to offer tequila aficionados the chance to experience it up close and personal.

This reel represents over a year's work with a small but super talented crew over at LookFX in NY for Paramount and Darren Aronofsky's Noah. Over the course of the project approximately 3800 birds were keyframe animated in Autodesk Maya by 3 artists including myself—5 at the peak of production. Cycles and Loops were also prepared for an in house created flocking simulation in SideFX Houdini.

Although not every bird in this reel was animated by me, I was heavily involved in each shot. With that I served as the communication bridge between rigging and animation, as well as data output for the grooming, fx, and lighting TDs. My own set of simple custom scripts were created to make workflow and pipeline more efficient. Along with these smaller tools I designed and oversaw development of some of the larger interfaces created by our technical department.

Although I did not get to animate on this one I was fortunate to be able to lead a really talented team of artist on this 6 minute monster which we completed in about 6 weeks! We had a really fun mo-cap session over at Perspective on my old stomping ground Long Island. We had the game models hooked up in realtime as we shot the scenes. We even got to watch the action from the POV of the performers in realtime. After getting back the data our artists worked furiously to beautify it and ship it out.

I got to lead a team of about 7 very talented animators on "Saddest Road," a very wacky, almost controverisal spot for Michelin's "The Right Tire Changes Everything" campaign. Sticking the squished characters to the road and of course animation for the fur to render properly were the bigger challenges on this one.

I was fortunate enough to lead a small team of really talented artists at Buck NY on this somewhat abstract tale of a young girl and her choices. We broke it out in under six weeks with no more than six or seven people on at a time.

Our friends at Cactus brought us this fun project, which recasts a familiar fairytale, to tell a refreshingly ambiguous story about the importance of nurturing your choices in an uncertain and sometimes hostile world.
